I had the pleasure of visiting Royal Zaika Grill and Bar over the weekend, tucked away in the cozy charm of Front Royal, VA and let me just say, it was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped in, the ambience was warm and welcoming, with just the right blend of homely comfort and elegant decor. The service? Top notch. Every staff member made us feel right at home genuinely friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. Now onto the best part the food. Wow. Every bite took me straight back to the flavors of home. I hadn’t had Panipuri and Chatpatey in such a long time, and tasting them again was like a joyful reunion with my roots. Pure nostalgia. And let’s talk about the Chilly MOMO (C Momo) hands down, the best we have ever had. Perfectly spiced, juicy, and full of flavor. I would go back for those alone. To top it all off, the dessert was to die for rich, comforting, and the perfect sweet ending to an already incredible meal. If you are in or around Front Royal and craving authentic flavors with a homely vibe, Royal Zaika Grill and Bar is a must-visit. It’s not just a meal, it’s an experience.

This is hands down the BEST Indian restaurant I’ve ever had. We ordered the samosas, butter chicken, and the chicken tikka masala. The wonderful gentleman that sat us was so kind and welcoming, and gave WONDERFUL recommendations, and he ended talked us into the spicy potatoes which were to die for! At the end, we finished our lovely meal up with the rice pudding and it just tied the entire experience up with a bow. We will absolutely be back!

My wife and I decided to do lunch here and it was AMAZING! From the service to the taste of the food. The owner came to the table and made a recommendation on what to get and I took his recommendation. The food was perfect and full of flavor. After we ate the chef came to our table to introduce himself as well and he thanked us for coming in. You don’t see many restaurants doing that much anymore and we really appreciated it. This is going to be a restaurant that we regularly visit for sure!

Cruising Front Royal’s Main Street and found Royal Zaika Indian Cuisine. We ordered garlic and Butter Naan, Tandoori Lamb Chops and Butter Chicken. For desert we had rice pudding. Yummy Thank you Kevin for being very attentive to us and all the customers .. Thanks to Gopal and Chef Krishna for a nice ambience and delicious meal.

Royal Zaika offers a stellar dining experience. They provide superb quality (competitive with many DC restaurants) despite the experience being located in a small town. The highlight of my meal was the Chicken Shahi Zaffrani and was a luxurious dish infused with the delicate aroma of saffron. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with tender chicken enveloped in a creamy, rich sauce that delighted my taste buds The meal began with crispy, golden samosas and ended with rice paired beautifully with the aromatic Shahi Zaffrani. Every bite was a celebration of expertly crafted spices and textures. The warm, inviting atmosphere and attentive service made the entire experience even more enjoyable Royal Zaika sets a high standard for any cuisine, offering a flavorful and memorable experience. I left completely delighted

Wow what an amazing experience at this find establishment. The food was 5 stars and the service was excellent. The food was so fresh and flavorful it was beyond my expectations. I hade lamb biryani and my wife ordered butter chicken both dishes were bursting in flavor. I definitely recommend anyone in town to give this place a try and I guarantee you will want to return.

I had a fantastic lunch at Royal Zaika yesterday! I visit many South Asian restaurants to satisfy my cravings, but Royal Zaika truly stood out. The service, cooking, and homelike ambiance were phenomenal. The food was fresh and authentically prepared, and the staff were incredibly attentive. The overall experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for delicious Indian cuisine.

We had a fantastic experience here. All the dishes were plated nicely and taste delicious - momo’s, spiced potatoes, chole bhatura, butter paneer masala, daal, rice and breads. Service was lovely and ambience was great, very clean and friendly atmosphere. Was also fun to see the thematic drinks (eg. Indian beers). We’re excited to come back next time we’re here on a run or hike! Highly recommend to anyone in the area it’s superb.
